Hi all!
Today I am going to share something, which almost all of us are advised to do, but we hardly pay attention to: Having vegetables.
I am not a vegetable person. I loathe having them, and if there's are only vegetables cooked on a particular day in my house then I prefer eating out instead.

Now the problem is because of this attitude of mine, I am literally going through a lot of trouble including lower back pain, pain during menstrual cycle (which is unbearable), joint pains and because of the junk I eat, a lot of weight gain.
Whenever I go and see any doctor , be it a general physician or a gynecologist they immediately prescribe me with supplements and that too for long periods of time. Me being me, get tired of having them within a week. And my problem remains.
I have always been told (by mum dearest) that all this is due to me being stubborn about not having vegetables. Which is actually true! I now have realised that I really need to incorporate them in my life before its too late. But obviously I am not going to have them cooked so I have decided to have them in the form of juice instead.
I know it sounds dreadful to have vegetable juice. Many people like me would obviously avoid it. But after a bit of research and self-enlightenment, I have now decided to detox my body and get rid of all.the problems the natural way.
How I make vegetable juice

The mint and lemon add a zing and freshness to the drink as well as improve the taste.
No need to add sugar as carrots and beetroot contains natural sugar.
Many add jaljeera powder to their drink but I prefer having without it. It's good to be all natural.

Pressed juices
Cold pressed juices are all the rage right now. Companies have devised plans for the customer where the only thing to consume are juices the entire day.
There daily and weekly biweekly and monthly cleansing plans offered by different brands.
Although it is good initiative and many people are also benefiting from it. I believe that natural way is a better way to detox the body. Plus it is not too heavy on the pocket.
